Finished Entries!

My two entries into the EGA Spectacular Color Exhibit were accepted and are on display. The show is a collection of work discussing the issues artists have with color and how they work with them. Works could be in favorite colors, difficult colors, and in general, spectacular colors! This international show includes artists from the US, Canada, and New Zealand. It's being held at the national headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky through January 31, 2015.

Forgotten Deadlines!

I hate it when I forget a deadline!  My ATC's for the Women and Creativity 2014 is due in a week.  Fortunately, I'd thought through the design and have a little time to work on them today. It'll be fun!

On a Roll!

Just took two items to the framer! It feels wonderful to be finishing things.

The "Orange" project is simmering in my mind. I planned to finish it by April 30, but that is too rushed to put the amount of work I'd like to into it.  Several small pieces are completed, but the actual gesso isn't. Then, there is the matter of stitching on some of the pages!
